Service was absolutely A+++. Can't say enough nice things about Brian and his crew. I had also been hit by someone and was able to coordinate the repairs with Tammy at the Shore location on Fulton Street who worked in conjunction with Brian to get the car repaired both mechanically and the body work. They made everything so easy. Would recommend both facilities to anyone without reservation or hesitation. Totally and completely satisfied. Never have any issues or problems when dealing with Shore. They treat their customers with respect and professionalism at all times.

I had to have my F-250 towed because a plug broke in the head of the Triton engine. I couldn't extract it so I took a tow to the Ford dealer. I usually don't like dealing with towing companies. I've been ripped off and had my car mishandled. My experience with RJ Shore was completely opposite and I can't believe I'm giving a tow company a highly positive review. The only negative was they were a little late due to a miscommunication. No big deal. I had the time. Stephen my tow truck driver was just great. Super positive experience. He was polite, courteous, careful and friendly. Based on my experience with Stephen as a driver I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RJ Shore's towing services especially with Stephen doing the towing. He is a wonderful asset to their operation! Kudos! You've gained a new regular customer.
