Chris at the front desk was very pleasant to talk to. My daughter was here visiting from out of state. She had had her vehicle fixed before her trip. Was taken back a second time and was told her leak was just residual fluid and the rattle in front end wasn't anything of concern. Well needless to say , the day after she arrived we noticed two basket ball size fluid leaks in the driveway. With there busy schedule they were able to get her in, deal with the warranty people and order parts needed for the repairs. Juang (mechanic) explained everything that he found wrong with the vehicle and addressed the seriousness of the situation. I am more than pleased with their performance. THANK YOU! 🙏 P.S. I would never recommend buying a car from Best Buy Auto Sales and Repair in North Syracuse NY When they were called to inform them of the current situation, their reply was just tell the technician to fill it back up with fluid and drive it back and we will fix it for free. 🤦 I also wouldn't recommend ProGuard Warranty. They wouldn't cover the original repair again unless it was taken back to B&B Auto. So, i guess that they both felt it was okay to send a young mother with children back out on the highway to drive 5 hours with fluid leaking out of her vehicle.........

This towing company damaged my vehicle during delivery and caused the clips on my front bumper to be ripped off requiring a replacement bumper. When I first contacted them in regard to the damages, they said they'd be more than willing to take care of it and offered to fix it themselves but I told them I had to go to a specialist due to the matte finish on my paint but l'd get back to them with the estimate. 2 weeks later I'm told they're denying liability and so far have been refused to pick up my calls or get back in contact with me. If you value your vehicle, and good business practices, take my advice and look for another towing company. They are not to be trusted… the drive was nice though if that’s any consolation

John-Paul V is all I have but he is a frontline representation for the company and he should understand that. I used triple aaa to have my car towed a Thursday morning to my house as my tire blew out and had it placed in the grass on the side of my house behind our RV so isn’t blocking traffic nor cars in driveway. I called triple aaa again to have the car towed to get my tires fixed, John-Paul V pulls up slowly shaking his head and stops in front of my car. I walk up slowly asking about his perceived problem and his first response is “is your car registered”, a little taken aback I answer “yea of course” and he says” so if I get out and run your plates it’ll come back registered?”, I tell him go ahead no problem but he decides to instead proceed with backing up to start the process of towing my car. When he puts the hook on the front tires, I ask him “what’s the issue as I’ve never been questioned like this before in the many times I’ve used this”, he responds flatly “triple aaa doesn’t cover unregistered cars”. As I understand that I ask him in some way why he assumed my car wasn’t registered. He shrugs and makes a face looking at my car from the front, “it just doesn’t LOOK like it’s registered” and continues his process. I let it go as not to further escalate the situation but I’m sorry my car is a simple 2006 Honda accord with rusted spots from when I bought it from a used car dealership. I wonder if he would’ve thought the shiny blue truck parked literally next door in someone’s driveway wasn’t unregistered. Apparently certain clients aren’t welcomed by RJ shorelines towers based off looks whether it’s the look of the car or the person, I’m not sure which but the interaction I was given was incredibly rude, unprovoked and unprofessional. I live my life morally and treat everyone with respect and kindness. If he was having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customer or simply stay home off the road that day. Peace and love but his entire attitude was anything but and he wasn’t just “doing his job”. Anyone prejudge you in a negative way without any information is called what? Maybe he should look it up and figure it out

I had the best service & experience. When another business wouldn't even let me make an appointment, not only was I given a very timely appointment time at RJ, my car was fixed within 2 hours! What a relief to get my bags fixed & 100% functional so quickly. RJ Auto saved that day!!!

Everyone here is so polite and professional! Exceptional service! I needed my car towed last night, due to it not shifting into park than wouldnt start. RJ Shore got the part covered under warranty, therefore costing way less out of pocket. AND I have the car back less than 24 hours later. Highly recommend!!
