They towed my stolen car in New Haven and waited over 8 weeks before contacting me by mail, the guy I spoke to was so rude and dismissive.

HUGE communication problem. 2 months no car still but they are fixing ones that have been sitting there for a week now.

Juan was quick, efficirnt, and very helpful in identifying the extent ( ot seious) of damage from my hitting a wooden box on yhe J Turnpike. He got the replacement fender lining and installed it quickly and also took care of replacing worn rear brakes at the same time. Great people, great neighborhood service.
