Chris at the front desk was very pleasant to talk to. My daughter was here visiting from out of state. She had had her vehicle fixed before her trip. Was taken back a second time and was told her leak was just residual fluid and the rattle in front end wasn't anything of concern. Well needless to say , the day after she arrived we noticed two basket ball size fluid leaks in the driveway. With there busy schedule they were able to get her in, deal with the warranty people and order parts needed for the repairs. Juang (mechanic) explained everything that he found wrong with the vehicle and addressed the seriousness of the situation. I am more than pleased with their performance. THANK YOU! 🙏 P.S. I would never recommend buying a car from Best Buy Auto Sales and Repair in North Syracuse NY When they were called to inform them of the current situation, their reply was just tell the technician to fill it back up with fluid and drive it back and we will fix it for free. 🤦 I also wouldn't recommend ProGuard Warranty. They wouldn't cover the original repair again unless it was taken back to B&B Auto. So, i guess that they both felt it was okay to send a young mother with children back out on the highway to drive 5 hours with fluid leaking out of her vehicle.........
