I had my oil changed yesterday morning. As usual, the service is excellent. I was cheerfully greeted, and my car was serviced quickly and efficiently. Not only do the technicians do a great job, but the customer service from Chris is excellent. She has a warm, friendly personality, and takes genuine interest in helping the customer when we come in with auto problems. I rely on Shore for Great Service at a fair price.

They towed my stolen car in New Haven and waited over 8 weeks before contacting me by mail, the guy I spoke to was so rude and dismissive.
