Their phone operator named Jen Calandrelli is very rude, obnoxious stubborn and very unprofessional. I called them at 4:30 in the morning apologizing for calling at this hour, due to the fact, my aunt was in an accident with the vehicle we were in search of for hours, trying to find she’s in the ICU and wasn’t sure where the accident took place so when I called them asking them when can I speak to somebody in regards to this vehicle she said Monday with a nasty remark and said you shouldn’t be calling at 4:30 in the morning looking for a car. She was very rude, and I would not recommend anybody having to deal with a woman of her time when going through a tragic moment with somebody, that’s very ill at the moment I think she should be fired, not allowed to answer any phone at any business! How can you have somebody like her represent your business with the way she speaks cussing, calling me B****es and so on Threatening to charge triple the fee for the storage and not being able to go pick up or get anything out of the car or find any information out in regards to the car until Friday. This is Sunday morning. You cannot threaten people like this and I will be going to the better business, Bureau.
